Making a prepayment or starting to use the services of the Pałac Siemczyno facility constitutes acceptance of these regulations.
The payment for the services must be made in the form of a prepayment, in cash or by credit card on arrival at the latest.
The basis for the Guest’s check-in is the presentation of an ID card or passport and signing the registration card.
In the event of a no-show on the day of the scheduled arrival by 19.00, the service provider has the right to rent rooms to other people from 19.00 on the day on which the arrival was to take place, without the obligation to fulfill the order to the late customer. The prepayment made is not refundable.
The resignation of the guest after its start does not result in the obligation to return the fee for the unused period of stay.
Please notify us upon arrival if you wish to receive a VAT invoice.
The day starts at 14.00 on the day of arrival and ends at 11.00 on the day of departure.
Buffet breakfasts are served daily from 7.00 to 10.00.
Pets are allowed in hotel rooms, an additional fee applies.
Room service takes place from 8.00 to 14.00, except on Sundays. If you do not want cleaning – please post a “do not disturb” card.

Everyone using the accommodation services is obliged to comply with health and safety and fire regulations, as well as to maintain order and cleanliness in the places of stay.
The accommodation user is obliged to close the roof windows each time they leave the room – for fear of flooding in the event of rain. Losses due to such flooding will be borne by the user.
Before departure, the key-magnetic card should be handed over to the reception.
Each user of the services is obliged to immediately report to the staff any losses and damage occurring during the stay. The service provider has the right to claim compensation for losses and damages caused.
The curfew is valid from 22.00 to 6.00. Persons who do not respect the curfew may have their service use agreement terminated.
Persons who are not checked in may stay at the hotel from 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire property. In the event of a breach of this rule, guests will be charged the cost of refreshing the room: PLN 500.
There are unguarded parking lots on the property. People using the services are allowed to park at their own risk.
